About - Jim Ando Plumbing, Inc.

We first opened our doors in February, 1992 as James Ando DBA Jim Ando Plumbing.   We incorporated in January, 2000 as Jim Ando Plumbing, Inc.

Our firm currently focuses on larger projects ranging from multiple single-family homes to high-rise apartment buildings, as well as, hospital, correctional and school work.  

We currently employ from 10 to 15 full-time employees.  Our own forces undertake all plumbing work, and typically utilize subcontractors for insulation and strategic demolition when required.  We utilize Union Plumbers and draw additional man power when needed.

Our current safety experience modification rating is .89, not having a work related injury over the past six years.

Annual sales range from 2.5 to 3 million dollars.

Bonding capacity is 2 million per single project, 4 million aggregate.   Our bonding underwriter is National Grange and our bonding agent is First Niagara Risk Management.
